Our office in Bottrop is still open from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.
However, please call 02041/779870 to make an appointment before you visit us, as many issues can be clarified over the phone or by post.
If you visit us in person, please adhere to the prescribed hygiene measures:
- Only enter individually
- Disinfect your hands after entering the office
- Wear a mouth and nose protector (we will be happy to provide you with one)
- Maintain a minimum distance of 1.5 m
We have also taken a number of measures to protect you and ourselves:
- Spit protection screens in the visitor offices
- Disposable ballpoint pen
- Disposable mouth-nose protection masks
- Disinfectant in the entrance area
- Thorough cleaning and disinfection of visitor rooms after each visitor
- Thorough and regular ventilation of all rooms
