We, DPL Professionals GmbH, have committed ourselves as a GVP member to the GVP Code of Conduct and Ethics on 01.01.2011.

GVP Code of Conduct and Ethics
Our whistleblower system
Violations of laws and guidelines
DPL Professionals GmbH's whistleblower system offers all employees and external third parties the opportunity to report suspected violations of the law or serious breaches of internal guidelines to the Compliance Office.
The aim is to identify and clarify compliance violations and, ideally, to rectify them before they cause damage to the company, people or the environment.
Violation of human rights
The whistleblower system can also be used for complaints about human rights violations within the meaning of the German Supply Chain Act (LkSG). The aim is to investigate human rights and environmental violations in our own business area and within the supply chain (direct and indirect suppliers).
Reporting topics
To protect whistleblowers, all information submitted - whether anonymously or by name - will be treated in strict confidence. If a tip-off is submitted in writing, the use of the reporting template is preferred.
