A man of the first hour

In October 2010, Ado signed his employment contract with the DPL. At that time, he had only been in Germany for a good two years and until he joined DPL, he mainly carried out helper activities, but was already working at one of the largest steelworks in the Ruhr area,

At some point, however, Ado realized that the work did not make him happy, and he started looking for a new job. Through an acquaintance who knows the management of the DPL, he finally learned that the DPL was looking for personnel. He didn't hesitate for long, but introduced himself right away.

He got to know the DPL in his first conversation with Sabina Sekic and Andreas Künsting: "I was immediately enthusiastic about the DPL and still am today!"

Due to his place of residence, he often worked at the chemical plants in Leverkusen and Dormagen. Initially, there were a few language problems, but that didn't stop him from doing an otherwise more than satisfactory job.

With his increasing language skills and manual experience, he was soon able to carry out large orders independently: "I prefer to work in steel construction. Either in the workshop, where I make components according to drawings, or outside on the construction sites to assemble them."

During his time at DPL, Ado tried his hand at many areas, but was also always employed by the same customer. He gained experience, became one of the best locksmiths and was therefore in demand by many customers. Ado never shied away from stepping in for individual shifts in between.

In 2020, he managed to join the so-called 10-man club through his 10-year career to date. More information here: https://www.dplp.de/10erclub/. For the anniversary, there was a trip to Berlin including two days of special leave and holiday pay.

Ado was very satisfied with the service provided by the DPL: "The DPL has always helped me, whether professionally or privately. I like the family atmosphere there."

Now, after more than 12.5 years, Ado needed a change. He has decided to take the next step and take on responsibility for a renowned company on international assembly construction sites.
