Sven Wehling is a young forklift truck driver. He previously lived in Rhineland-Palatinate and worked in production at the Birkenstock company. The change of job was preceded by a move to the Ruhr area.

Sven had originally applied to a DPL partner company in the late summer of 2022. However, this company was unable to hire him at the time. He then got in touch with DPL via Sales Manager Andreas Künsting, who met him for an initial interview. Sven says of the interview: "The initial contact was friendly and quick."

Of course, it was immediately clear where Sven would be employed: he was given the opportunity to prove himself at his dream company. Andreas and Sven conducted the interview within three days, Sven signed his employment contract and had his first day at work.
